What is the best thing about your job?

I really enjoy the variety of my job from the day to day running of the archives to going out on site to customers premises to evaluate their requirements/needs or overcoming problems in relation to logistics.
 

What is the most interesting project you have worked on?

This would have to be the uplift of over 100,000 medical records from a local NHS Trust which were being transported to our Swansea archive facility. Organising the logistics was a challenge as well as preparing the archive area in readiness for the arrival of these records.
 

Never leave home without?

From a work perspective, being the main key-holder, it would have to be my keys but from a personal perspective it would have to be my wife’s home-made sandwiches and cakes!
 

What is important to you?

The health and well-being of my family, in particular my daughter who suffers with epilepsy. Fulfilling the needs of our customers and ensuring that my department operates as well as it can on a day to day basis.
 

Any hobbies?

Football, rugby and socialising.
 

Favourite food?

Anything hot and spicy.
