All document archives are stored at our own secure site. Storage options include active box storage, dormant rack storage, bulk storage, data tape storage, architect tube storage and fire resistant storage. All data is bar-coded and tracked for immediate access in the event of a disaster recovery requirement.

Transmedia offers three levels of security, with different cost structures. Dependent on the level of security required (e.g. if your records have not been previously scanned), we would strongly recommend storing all of your original documents to BS5454:2000 Standards, the recognised standard for archival storage of hardcopy-based records.

Gold Storage - Biometric enclosure with full temperature and humidity control (Restricted access by fingerprint controlled lock mechanism). Argonite gas fire suppression system installed. Conforms to BS 5454 Standards.

Silver Storage - Temperature control Argonite gas fire suppression system installed. Conforms to BS 5454 Standards.

Bronze Storage - Low-cost basic storage. Argonite gas fire suppression system is not installed; does not conform to BS 5454 Standards.
